A day celebrated to remember the divine past times played by   SrI Krishna . One such profound events unfold the slaying of demon Narakasura,  an episode that resonates with timeless lessons of righteousness and redemption. The Legend of Narakasura(Bhaumasura) Narakasura, born to the Earth goddess Bhudevi and the Varaha Perumal  succumbed to arrogance and tyranny, imprisoning 16,100 women and oppressing the gods. His reign of terror led to widespread suffering, prompting the gods to seek intervention. Lord Krishna, accompanied by his consort Satyabhama, confronted Narakasura . In the ensuing battle, Krishna slew the demon, liberating the captives and restoring cosmic order.
